RO PLANT ROOM. Wall cracks at RO Plant Room. On floor water flow and Residues.
EFFECTS Uneven flow of water on the surface means the surface of the slab in not levelled at the time of concreting. This leads to the seepage of water into the slab thereby up to all beams, columns and even walls too. The effect will be degrading of strength of building thereby degrades the life of building. Wall cracks has been observed in the RO plant room which caused the de-strengthening of walls..
TERRACE FLOOR COLUMNS & PARAPET WALL. Columns cracked and steel exposed.
EFFECTS Dummy columns were cracked and allowing water and air to entrain into the column resulting in corrosion of steel. This reduces the strength of column and well seepage will be progressed in to the columns. Corrosion of steel in columns leads to degrading of strength in columns and beams.

WASH ROOMS. Wlliil/ r,. Washroom commodes were broken.
OBSERVATIONS Flooring tiles were broken which leads to accumulation of debris in that area. Wall tiles were broken Plumbing from commodes was exposed onto the floor which leads to the pungent smell spreading over the area.
CLASS ROOMS. Office Room Window pin was cracked. Floor tiles were cracked.
OBSERVATIONS Window was pin was cracked leads to spalling of wall debris and loosening of windows from wall. Floor patches were observed as the patch grows it allows all the seepage in to the slab which leads to loosening of all tiles..

Stairs. Stair case beam concrete was leached and reinforcement was exposed. This leads to corrosion of steel and seepage of water..

WATER TANK. Water tank was located on the slab directly in contact. Water locate din slab is in contact wit slab leading to seepage through slab..
