[Audio] What is a Wrong Way Vehicle Alert ? A WWV alert consists of both an audio and visual alert. The alerts occur whenever a vehicle goes through a toll point in the wrong direction (in a direction that is not the current direction of travel for that open toll point or in any direction for a closed toll point)..

[Audio] Receiving a Wrong Way Vehicle Alert Toll Operators will receive a recorded WWV exception in the transaction exception log. This exception is trigger from TFH (Toll Facility Host) in ITS/MOMS Dashboard application. ITS/MOMS Dashboard sends emails and alerts to a defined list of recipients and a WWV alert is displayed until the Toll Operator disables the (Turn Off WWV Light) in the (Transaction Exceptions) box . The audio alert is a series of loud beeps. There will be a red visual alert and popup window. This window will display the Transaction ID, Date,Facility,Lane and Toll Point Status..

[Audio] Reviewing the WWV Whenever a Wrong‐Way Vehicle is detected, it will be displayed on the TFH Transaction Exception Screen. The Transaction Exceptions includes and is sortable by the following: • Transaction ID – transaction unique identifier • Transaction Date – date the exception transaction occurred • Facility – facility name • Toll Point – toll point name • Lane – lane number • Exception Code – short description of the exception that occurred.

[Audio] CCTV/Report GUI WWV Alert. SRTA TOC toll operators will use ViconNet to view, record and playback live video from the CCTV cameras to monitor and report WWV Alerts. The ViconNet applications enables the user to play back video segments recorded as a result of an alarm event which were automatically recorded. Transaction ID allows toll operators to verify a true WWV by copying and pasting the Transaction ID into the Report GUI application..

Priority Level and Location • Time • Notification • Confirmation via CCTV • Entry and Exit Times • Photographs of the WWV • Resolution Toll Operators will also document the WWV Alert on an excel spread sheet . The excel sheet is located in the TOC Drop Box in the specified roadway folder(s)..
