To facilitate deployment of these devices we offer services for IP address and host name configuration. Specific terminal server models include ACS 32 ACS 6032 ACS 8000 DSKX-32-AC and SLC8000. K-V-M switch models include DSR 2030 MPU 2016 and DKX3-216. For Avocent PDU's we provide PM 3000 M-P-H-2 and PX3-5493 volts. We can configure IP address and host names for PDU's terminal server and K-V-M switches to ensure efficient and accurate deployment of the devices.. The IP address configuration for the services is as follows: Primary PDU: IP range from 10.177.29.1 to 10.177.29.110 Secondary PDU: IP range from 10.177.30.1 to 10.177.30.110 Primary Terminal Server Console: IP range from 10.177.29.111 to 10.177.29.220 Secondary Terminal Server Console: IP range from 10.177.30.111 to 10.177.30.220 Primary KVM Switch: IP range from 10.177.31.1 to 10.177.31.110 The host name configuration for the services is as follows: Primary PDU: Host name "ICX-A01-PS1" Secondary PDU: Host name "ICX-A01-PS2" Primary Terminal Server Console: Host name "ICX-A01-TS1" Secondary Terminal Server Console: Host name "ICX-A01-TS2" Primary KVM Switch: Host name "ICX-A01-DS1"

[Audio] Executing scripts and steps to connect a serial console to a new console server changing the IP addresses for the console the P-D-U and the computer connected by a crossover Ethernet cable and using the existing console switch for accessing the new console the gateway IP address on the L-A-N will be set. [Audio] To set up the DSR2030 and MPU2016 KVM Switch and the Raritan DKX3-216 KVM Switch we must connect the serial console connectivity to the KVM Switch from an existing console port. To access the KVM Switch from the console configure the PDU IP from 10.177.31.1 to 10.177.31.110. Then connect a network cable from the laptop to the PDU/KVM and assign an IP address to the laptop (192.168.160.11 for the first switch 192.168.0.192 for the second) and verify the network..

[Audio] We'll begin configuring a P-D-U starting with the PM3000 model. We'll connect a serial console to the P-D-U from an existing console port change the PDU's IP to 192.168.160.10 then connect a network cable from a laptop to the P-D-U and assign the laptop an IP of 192.168.160.11 before running the provided scripts. After that configure the laptop's static IP address to 192.168.1.9 and establish a connection to the PDU's R-P-C-2 communication port. For the PX3-5493 volts and PX3-5498 volts models connect the P-D-U console port from an existing console switch change the PDU's IP to 10.177.29.110 and connect a computer to the L-A-N interface on the P-X-E using a crossover Ethernet cable. Finally ensure the computer has a route to the PXE's default IP address of 192.168.0.192..

This integration allows us to monitor Remote Infrastructure Devices and receive alerts when any of them go down. Additionally we can capture the load details in A-M-P-s and K-W-H-s and conduct troubleshooting tasks such as PDU Ping Status Checking and Port Bond rate changing for device access. Furthermore we have set up the KVM Switch with capabilities such as KVM Switch Ping Status Checking and Hard Reset giving our customers better control over their IT infrastructure..
