To ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and facility, we maintain up-to-date procedures to combat both internal and external threats. Our Workplace security policies and procedures are mandatory for all employees to be familiar with. Any updates or amendments to these policies will be promptly communicated and enforced. All policies created for our company shall be adhered to without exception..

[Audio] Our Process is as follows. All employees shall always wear their Cannabis Business Identification Card while at the facility. You will not be allowed to work without your ID card. As a cannabis business, our facility boasts numerous security features to ensure the safety and security of our products and personnel. It is important to note that all security measures put in place, are strictly enforced and any employee found tampering with them, will face disciplinary action. The entire facility is under constant video surveillance, including the parking lot, with round-the-clock monitoring. Rest assured that there are no blind spots within the premises, and all your actions and interactions are being recorded for your safety and security..

[Audio] As a standard policy, employees are strictly prohibited from visiting the facility outside of operating business hours, unless you are the designated employee specifically assigned to handle emergency situations. This protocol is in place to ensure the safety and security of the facility and its assets. As per our company policy, "friends or family members" are strictly prohibited from entering the facility during both operational and non-operational hours, to "hang out". We kindly request all employees to comply with this rule. It is mandatory for all individuals, including visitors, customers, contractors, and volunteers to provide valid proof of identification and be at least 21 years of age to access the facility. No exceptions will be made for anyone, including family and friends. The restroom situated within the facility is designated solely for the use of Pure Natural Vibes LLCs staff. Kindly guide all patrons and visitors to the restroom facilities accessible in the communal zones of the building..

[Audio] CYBER SECURITY: SAFEGUARDING COMPANY INFORMATION The use of the internet plays an essential role in today's business industry, and like most, we rely on the internet to reach potential customers, enhance customer service experience, and expand into new markets. With cyber-attacks on the rise, it is essential to the success of our company to keep our cyber security processes consistent. All company computers are solely meant for official use and should not be utilized for personal activities. As responsible employees, it is recommended that you adhere to the best practices, such as being vigilant and avoiding suspicious emails to ensure the security of our systems are not compromised. In case there is a requirement to connect to the Company's network, you should take necessary precautions to prevent cyberstalking and attacks while accessing email, social media, or other applications on our personal devices..

[Audio] Our facility is equipped with network firewall that scans for threats in both inbound and outbound traffic simultaneously to ensure that the network is not used to distribute malware and does not become a launch platform for attacks in case of infected machine is brought inside. Employees are required to report suspected computer security incidents such as viruses, unauthorized disclosure, or inappropriate use to a manager. Only authorized employees are allowed to access certain electronic records on a need-to-know basis. All employees engaging in unauthorized use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, including dismissal..

To ensure compliance with the provisions outlined in N.J.A.C 17:30, Pure Natural Vibes LLC has installed an access control system that restricts certain employees' access to specific areas of the facility. Access is assigned based on an employee's role and responsibilities. It is strictly prohibited for any employee to disclose, use, or share their assigned access code or access ID card with another employee or individual. Such actions are considered a serious security breach and may result in immediate termination. Any damages caused by this breach may result in the initiation of legal actions against the employee and any additional personnel involved.
