[Audio] The firm's main thrust is in the area of selling of computer units and its parts as well as giving technical support or after sales services. It is the supplier of computer units and peripherals in Iligan City and its neighboring towns and cities..

[Audio] We learned a lot of things during our time in Wizmaster and that's what we will be presenting in this video.

[Audio] First thing we were told to do in wizmaster is to observe tardiness and cleanliness: make sure we arrive early to avoid being late and to clean the workstation before working..

[Audio] In this picture, the employees arrived earlier than their scheduled time and started cleaning the workplace to maintain a healthy environment.

[Audio] Next, they taught us a few skills and knowledge: Reformatting and Setting Up Laptops and Computers Assembling and Disassembling Laptops Troubleshooting.

[Audio] Reformatting and Setting Up Laptops and Computers… We reformat a pc or laptop if it got infested with computer virus. After reformatting we need to setup the pc or laptop, update the drivers, and install the standard applications..

[Audio] The standard applications are as follows: Microsoft office, adobe photoshop, USB disk security, adobe reader, adobe flashplayer, adobe shockwave, winamp, winrar, and finally google chrome..

[Audio] Assembling and Disassembling laptop… Learning how to assemble and disassemble is important for troubleshooting but to troubleshoot we need to learn how to assemble and disassemble properly to avoid damaging anything..

[Audio] Troubleshooting Desktops and Laptops… We troubleshoot to find out why a laptop or desktop is faulty, which is why we disassemble it and scan for any issues with its hardware. Issues we've seen so far are burnt hardware or too dusty. If the issue is burned hardware, all that is needed to do is replace it with something new. And if the issue is that it's too dusty, all that's needed to be done is blow the dust away with a blower..
