Horn Signals for all Vehicles (Light and Heavy) One (1) blast before starting Engine Two (2)blasts before moving forward Three (3) blasts before reversing Do not walk in the operating arc of machinery within 30m distance Follow the direction of all spotters, flagmen and supervisors. Safety bunds are also constructed on ALL edges of roads and are to be at least axle height of 785 Dump trucks (1.3m) Always use 3 points of contact when boarding or leaving machinery.

The blast area will be demarcated with yellow safety cones and caution tapes. No vehicles or personnel , other than those associated with the blast and authorized by the Shot firer are allowed inside the blast area.
