Elfriena Adros ACT: Advancing Creativity Together 5 July 2021 Group 17 Elfriena Binti Adros (146197) Next, I've assigned to help the graphic students. First, we introduced ourself among each other. I had a meeting with them regarding the assignment that they have to do. They explained to me what are their assignments about. They have to design a poster related to the TESOLians monologue script. So for this meeting, we sat down together and discussed what are that main elements in each of the monologue. Where they have to design tone of voice each of the monologue. Nivitasri Sasitharan ACT: Advancing Creativity Together 5 July 2021 Nivitasri Sasitharan Reflection Week 15 Hi guys, for this week's reflection, my video was viewed and given feedback today. For almost the entire video I was nervously pacing around my room because I am pretty shy and I tend to get embarrassed easily. Based on the feedback for my video, there are several aspects which need fixing and hopefully with the next reshoot, I'll hit the mark. Although my video needs fixing, this experience has allowed me to gain confidence in myself and be more spontaneous in putting myself out there. I was also able to gain insight on my strengths and weaknesses when it came to completing this assignment. I realized where I lack in expressing myself emotionally, I am quick to improvise and shift lines to adjust to the situation. Fortunately, with each trial and error I am gradually improving and hopefully in my final video I will be able to balance out both my strengths and weaknesses.
