After the A-W-B-C go live you will see the Call Centre order in the O-Q-M-C instead of O-Q-M In the O-Q-M you will see only W-O-S and M-W-O-S Orders This mean you will heavily depend on O-Q-M-C What is new? There will be no more Smiles/TDH Dummy button You will be seeing Tender ID on the right side of the O-Q-M-C page You must recall the cash orders and select the Tender ID based on the O-Q-M-C information What will happen if you will not select the right Tender ID? You will have a sales variance b/w O-Q-M and Smiles It will create a reconciliation issue b/w P-O-S and Smiles McDonald's.
