This is related to gender biases because other people are attacking their fellow countrymen's gender when their beliefs are not align with theirs. Other people are being deprived of standing to their political beliefs because of the discrimination that they got from the people around them. And it also happens in campaigns, most of the time, when a women wanted to have a position in our government, our fellow Filipinos will critize,doubt and underestimate their ability to rule our country. People should stop seeing their fellow man by their gender,but instead look on their ability and power to prove that no gender can stop anyone from achieving success..

. . . . . . Lack of employment equality. Other people cannot have the courage to reach their dream job, because of the people around them who limits their ability to achieve it. Gender has nothing to do with one’s ability to work in their chosen field. Other people around us enjoys degrading someone when their beliefs about a profession doesn’t align with their preferred gender,why can’t they look beyond someone’s gender? There is so much more than gender. They should not deprive someone to work in their chosen field just because of their gender. They should not put a barrier between gender and roles in a job..
