Home leave frequency and duration are limited and it is not suggested within the first and second year of employment due to staff having to attend a training programme and go through preceptorship assessment. However when travelling to a third country they are no longer covered by our existing insurance and legal framework and must purchase a travel insurance with repatriation coverage. All related information such as tickets travel dates emergency contact information and the insurance policy need to be submitted to our HR department at least one week before leaving. Additionally overseas trips must be discussed and approved with the Head of Department and Annual Leave must be applied through our HR system at least two months in advance..

We offer case-by-case approval from the Head of Department with priority given to immediate family members such as parents spouse and children. Prior to their flight date staff must apply for the leave via the HR system and pay for their return air ticket. On returning from their home leave the staff must submit the death certificate of the next-of-kin to HR who will then provide off-in-lieu for up to 12 months from the event date..

Your overtime payments are calculated at 1.5 times your regular salary with a cutoff date for payment of the 15th of every month.
