[Audio] This inbox is a large collection box where everything from SM and customer and CSR can arrive. After a certain amount of time, customers have sent over the pre-populated statements for the second time – sometimes, at first, due to our backlog. But I would not like to emphasize this, but rather that we have exchanged many letters with one customer due to many corrections and the ideal process of sending the first email once, then the second email once and then finally to update a client's EPR data has not happened. In many cases, SM also duplicated emails. In other cases, a new client setup was the subject. In yet other cases, the client sent the statement and ID card, etc., in a separate email. All in all, we had to handle so many emails every day in addition to the usual tasks..

[Audio] You can see how many data updates have been made on a daily basis. There are outstanding days, but to be honest, they were the most accomplished overtime and over the weekend.
