Another misconception about being healthy is that you cannot eat healthy and the food still be tasty which is not true you can eat healthy with tasty food. In conclusion you should not use genetics or other excuses to prevent you from losing weight and being healthy because obesity is curable and you can lose weight is you work hard enough and put enough effort..
