Do’s & Don’t. Always clean the top surface of the battery with a dry cotton cloth and protect it from dust. Always check sulphation of terminals, apply petroleum jelly after cleaning. Always use demineralized water and never add normal or tap water. This will badly affect the battery life. The distance between inverter and battery shall be less than 1 meter to avoid backup problem Always make sure that the cable connection should not be loose. It must be properly tightened to avoid sparking and thermal heating Keep the battery in a well-ventilated area to avoid overheating Do not place tools and metal parts on top of the battery Before usage ,battery should be 100% charged then only take for use..
