Relocation of old boundary monuments (as requested) 4. Map Preparation showing the relative position of the proposed/suggested boundaries by the parties concerned. 5. A dialogue and reconnaissance was conducted on March 2 to 4, 2021. During the dialogue it was discovered that there was a pending case filed by the Municipality of Tineg with the Court of Appeals, appealing from Regional Trial Court’s Decision . New Tanglag vs San Juan - The Basao Tribe insisted there claimed territory which is contrary on the approved plan while Barangay New Tanglag officials agreed on the approved PBM. (No final agreement yet) There is no problem between Barangays. Appas and New Tanglag . Brgy . New Tanglag vs. Calanan – re-established barangay boundary (no original position before).
