An editable version of the Reflection Tool will be saved to their Google Drive and no one else will have access to their notes. Participants will be prompted to make a new copy of the Reflection Tool for each session they attend. Your reflections during New Teacher Week could be a starting point for goal setting with their principal or assistant principal during the Initial Planning Conference (IPC) in September or October..
