[Audio] We present our innovation challenge “ZenWave”. After the counselling session the user fills up a follow-up questionnaire. Our (A-I ) ML algorithm analyzes the data and provides a consistent daily analysis of the user’s mood stress triggers and daily ven results. On Day-2 the user begins their mandatory daily morning journal to record their thoughts and identify their stress triggers. Based on their mood we provide them with a personalized song playlist using Spotify. The user also receives a detailed daily To-do stress and anxiety journal entry with periodic analysis planner management c reminders. We collaborated with universities to identify needs and trends in mental health services and expanded our offerings to include bulk services for university students. Our cost structure includes subscription fees development and maintenance costs premium plan fees marketing and sales costs administrative costs online counseling fees advertising costs affiliate marketing costs offline counselor fees customer support costs and university collaborations server and hosting costs. Our revenue model is based on a subscription-based system with different plans available for different levels of users and features. Our basic plan costs ₹400/month per user with 800 users and a fixed monthly cost of ₹38 40 000. Our premium plan costs ₹1 600/month per user with 300 users and a fixed monthly cost of ₹57 60 000. In addition to subscription fees we also generate revenue through pay-per-use marketing and sales which costs ₹8 00 000/year and offline counseling sessions which cost ₹2 50 000 per month. Our assumptions about annual costs and revenue are based on a conservative estimate taking into account our cost structure and revenue model. Digital mental health applications have been found to be effective in addressing mental health issues among college students.
