[Audio] Next, let's discuss the PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS. All new hires are required to submit all pre-employment requirements below: Two (2) 2x2/passport size colored photos with white background; SSS statistic info, Tax Identification, Pag-ibig and PhilHealth numbers; Photocopy of Highschool/College Diploma (with original copy to be shown for verification); or Photocopy of Official Transcript of Records (with original copy to be shown for verification); NSO/PSA Certified Copy of Birth Certificate; Employment Certificate from previous employer; Valid NBI Clearance; Baranggay Clearance (for IT equipment purposes) Satisfactory pre-employment medical exam results BIR Form 2316 from last employer, if applicable Please take note that failure to comply with any of the foregoing pre-employment requirements within the period prescribed deadline of submission, the Offer of Probationary Employment shall be considered to be of no force and effect. [Audio] Lastly, the EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM GUIDELINES. 1. All Employees of Branders.com are eligible to participate in the referral awards program. However, employees from Human Resources, Hiring Manager/Supervisor or other persons associated with the selection of the candidate, Managers from both Operations and Support team – are NOT eligible for the program. 2. Former Employees (or re-hire) and those under temporary contract will not be considered under the referral program. 3. All Employee Referral will only be tagged valid once candidate indicated employee's name in his application on UKG Portal. · Effective today, August 21st, referrals will be processed through UKG portal only; - TO BE CONFIRMED · Referrals from different channels such as Manila Jobs, emailing recruiter directly will no longer be processed. 4. A referral should mention the name of the employee during the first interview or initial process. 5. All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with our organization's policies and procedures, and all information regarding hiring decisions will remain strictly confidential. 6. Once a referral is hired and has met the criteria of tenure, the employee responsible for the referral shall receive the bonus. 7. At the time of payout, both employee and referred employee should be tagged "Active". 8. If a referral has not cleared the hiring process, the person is eligible for reapplication after 3 months and will be considered as a fresh lead..

[Audio] 9. If there is a conflict in the source of hire, the details mentioned in UKG by the candidate will be considered as final source. 10. There is no limit to the number of referrals. Employees or members have no limit to the number of rewards to be received. 11. TA will monitor the use of the Employee Referral Program and will report it to HR Payroll and to be validated every scheduled pay cut off. 12. We may change the Employee Referral program over time to add more interesting incentives. We also reserve the right to abolish certain rewards if they are ineffective or inefficient. 13. We'll communicate any changes clearly and timely. Employees who referred candidates before a reward was abolished will still receive the appropriate reward. 14.
