The planning and controlling of all material and equipment so they are requested in advance, obtained at a reasonable cost and are available when needed is the major work to be done by material procurement team by keeping in mind the quality of equipment as well . Assembling the equipment, checking by the records before commissioning is the part of any project Before a utility will connect an installation to its supply network, strict pre-commissioning electrical tests and visual inspections by the supervisor , must be satisfied.
