Welcome to the Tantalum Academy Illumined Program. This level of the program will focus on solving complex problems through a process called “Structured thinking”. During the course of this program you will be introduced to a more structured way of solving complex problems, which will be incremental in your journey to success. But, let’s ask the question first – What is Structured thinking? It’s a framework for solving unstructured problems. By using a more structured method to solving problems you will be able to solve the problem quicker, and also find parts of the problem that might need extra attention. Structured thinking is the map you’ll need to navigate through this journey we call life! Internal change can only happen if we’re provided a structure to change – the road map to changed human behaviour. Intelligence and cognitive sophistication are manifested by an individual’s ability to recruit the tools and representations available in a context to articulate complex ideas. At Tantalum Academy we’re introducing Structured thinking by means of gamification. This will allow you to practice your thinking processes in a safe environment which will not only be fun but extremely insightful..
