[Audio] let me give you a quick overview. when customer login to their status page. whenever things working correctly your status page shows all systems are operational. as well as your historical uptime. when there is an issue, one of our responder's example zebra technical support engineer would post information about it by creating an incident let's do this right now choose some name select the incident state which is right now , provide some additional information to the users. now select which part of your services are affected. and now create the incident now your status page will show that there is a certain issue with one of their application. Keep updating the status until the issue is resolved.
