[Audio] Good morning, everyone. Today I'm here to talk about entrepreneurship and its impact on businesses. Entrepreneurship is a mindset of innovation and risk-taking, with the goal of creating something new or improving existing systems. It involves taking the initiative to identify, assess and pursue new opportunities, risking personal assets and financial resources. It is this drive, energy, and initiative that enable entrepreneurs to develop and create new products or services that generate value and satisfy customers’ needs by filling a gap in the market. Jean-Baptist Say was the first to use the term entrepreneur to describe those who take initiative and assume responsibility to achieve a goal. An entrepreneur sees every challenge as an opportunity and takes risks to create something of value. Through innovation, creativity, and drive, entrepreneurs are changing the way businesses operate and making a positive impact on our world. Thank you..
