In PTHT company, one of the most effective upgrades was to the revenue unit: a drive-thru counter for land tax payment was erected so that consumers could pay their taxes quickly and simply, and a new computer system was installed. Suggestion: Conduct an evaluation on the implementation of the drive-through tax payment service to determine if the drive-through service was available to all taxpayers in Kuala Berang ..

Opportunities. Control Urban Sprawl. Government grabbed this golden opportunity through using government’s land office where all land regarding construction will be able to control. It is to ensure the expansion in using land will not overboard and affecting environment thus improving urban growth at Kuala Berang . As result, this city was developed beautifully by balancing urban growth with its environment Suggestion: Reduce the number of private automobiles on the road. Increase taxes and implement a toll system Create urban limit Participate in infrastructure expenses.

Threats. Environmental Problems. Boundaries Not well Demarcated.

Conclusion. Overall, this internship was a valuable learning experience in general. I've gained new skills, enhanced my abilities, and met a lot of new individuals. Several of my learning goals were achieved. I also learnt about contemporary industry professional practices. Apart from that, working in PTHT taught me a lot about working in a well-established industry. Furthermore, I have learnt the importance of education and the importance of understanding the industrial elements of the topics being studied. This internship programmed was not one-sided, but rather a forum for people to contribute their expertise, thoughts, and perspectives on a wide range of issues..
