VILLAGE CAMP - AL BAYT. STANDARD OF ACCOMMODATION.

FACILITIES. We provide rooms as per M/s Qatar Shell requirements, i.e., not less than 6 m2 per bed and contain a maximum of Four (4) persons per room, including lockable storage areas. Total of 24 m2 area with 6m2 per bed for a room. All our rooms are air conditioned. Our rooms have good ventilation and has natural light with sufficient artificial light. Our rooms have windows for fresh air as well. All rooms are furnished with cot, mattress, bedding items, window curtains, privacy curtains, shoe racks and lockable cupboards. Bedding Items include Blanket, Bed Sheet, Pillow and Pillow case. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Dust Bins are available in corridors..

Toilets and Showers. In Village Camp Al-Bayt, toilets and showers are separate in cubicle shape. In toilet there is a hook for hanging clothes. In washroom there is one railing for hanging towel. In toilets we have Four Wash Basins in each location with Two Hand Wash dispensers..

CLINIC. Village Camp Al Bayt has the facility of Clinic available 24/7. We have appointed qualified and certified Nurse to reside inside the camp. All the necessary equipment are available in the Clinic. Our Nurse can respond within 5 Minutes upon call since Clinic and Nurse residence is inside the camp. All the necessary Clinic signage are in place with Emergency Number in all blocks of the camp. Basic medicines will be provided.

MESS HALL. We have 3 Mess Halls inside the camp. All mess halls are furnished with required facilities. We give below the details of mess halls:- Workers Mess Hall No:1 :- A total of 400 Pax capacity. Total Length is 23m 70cm. Total Width is 22m 40cm. Workers Mess Hall No:2 :- A total of 400 Pax capacity. Total Length is 23m 70cm. Total Width is 22m 40cm. Staff Mess Hall:- A total of 300 Pax capacity. Total Length is 20m 20cm. Total Width is 11m. All Mess Halls are located near residential blocks so that residents can reach conveniently..

SECURITY. FIRE WARDENS. We provide 24/7 security to the residents of the camp. Security guards’ surveillance is available at the Main Gate and inside the camp. We have 7 Security team members, One of them is Head of Security. Two are on the Main Gate (1 Day 1Night) and Four provide security inside the camp (2 Day 2 Night)..

SERVICES. Laundry Services:- Village Camp Al-Bayt provide laundry service which includes washing and folding of two pieces of clothing per person per day. This service is offered Four (4) times per week u can give your cloth designated laundry collection points. WI-FI Services:- WIFI is available is all rooms, common areas and indoor recreation rooms. Cleaning Services:- We provide high standard of cleaning service to our residents since it’s crucial for health and wellbeing of the residents. We clean all blocks and other facilities areas on daily basis. We clean inside rooms, common areas, toilets, bathrooms, mess halls, recreation halls etc., etc. We clean Toilets Two (2) times a day. We keep checklists like “Wash Rooms Cleaning Checklist” and “Daily Cleaning Checklist” in Toilets/Washrooms and common areas like in corridors. On daily basis Cleaning Team, Maintenance Team and Security Team monitor and sign the checklists. We have sufficient housekeeping staff to clean the accommodations and a Supervisor for each building allocated for the workers who shall supervise the accommodation, guard it and notify the Camp Manager with facilities and equipment that need periodical maintenance for it. Drinking Water:- Potable Water (Gallon Type with Dispenser) will be provided in the corridors (2Nos on each floor). Maintenance Service:- Maintenance Team is available 24/7 on call basis to do the necessary maintenance work..

Utilities:- M/s Al Habari Service Centre will be responsible for providing the following services:- Power Supply Sweet Water Supply Sewage Removal Skip Removal Fire Safety:- This camp is protected from Fire with the provision of adequate fire safety standards such as smoke detectors, alarm systems and emergency exits. Audit:- All Inspection and Audit Reports shall be available for inspection in the camp office. Insurance:- Village Camp Al Bayt is fully insured by a reputed insurance company of Qatar.
