SHE- New Initiatives. Monthly safety Campaigns using topics where we believe awareness is less. Second Phase to include LSR Emergency Response Plan - Updates for Silent hours and Emergency Shutdown process (Adverse Environmental Condition). Standard operating procedures documentation with review dates, discussion and logging of SOP confirmations as Departmental KPI’s. Behavior based safety- DuPont concept, Training completed relaunch in progress Providing training to upgrade RA Quality and Understanding among Colleagues. SHE training hours targeted as departmental KPI rather than SHE target to drive focus and importance.

SHE- New Initiatives. Started Quarterly Safety Recognition, which happens in-front of colleagues in “Coffee Time with Colleagues”. Huge participation has been noticed from colleagues Started Safety QUIZ to improve awareness and involvement with the half yearly frequency. Introduced concept of Line of Fire which highlights unsafe acts hence mitigation.
