[Audio] Wear proper PPE in work area (safety helmet, glasses, coverall, safety boots / shoes, gloves, mask.

[Audio] Smoking & vaping allowed only in designated areas (Smoking Container), Do not open Smoking Container windows within 500m zone and during bunker operation. Extinguish your cigarette properly before leaving Smoking Container. Do not leave any garbage/cups/personal belongings before leaving Smoking Container. Do not tamper with air conditioning/fuse box/exhaust blower/power receptacles inside Smoking Container.

[Audio] Maintain cleanliness in smoking areas, use appropriate ashtrays, do not throw the cigarette butts in the sea or on the deck..

[Audio] No flip-flop/slippers are allowed within accommodation or deck area. Safety shoes only allowed outside accommodation Always wear shoes / boots plastic cover supplied at entrance of any deck Use recreation spaces (TV Room) in clean clothes.

[Audio] No garbage can be thrown overboard. Garbage segregation system to be strictly followed Schedule Waste location inside Cargo Hold.

[Audio] No misuse of ship's lifesaving appliances, firefighting equipment, ISPS and SOPEP equipment. Please informed Bridge when you required to use any SOPEP equipment.

[Audio] Vessel's emergency access point should be kept clear from any obstruction. Working areas to be clean and clear from oil traces to prevent slip and falls..

[Audio] Please follow 'PPE zone' area whenever going outside Accommodation..

[Audio] Coverall & singlet is prohibited to wear inside Mess Room..

[Audio] No footwear allowed to be worn inside cabin's toilet..

[Audio] All illegal electrical appliances such as Wi-Fi repeater & android TV box is strictly prohibited..

[Audio] Do not open cabin's porthole. All portholes been cable tied & properly sealed. Opening any porthole will result in ingress of water into the cabin..

[Audio] Fishing strictly not allowed onboard Sapura Conquest.

[Audio] Unauthorized personnel should not enter restricted area such as : Galley, Dry Store, Cold Rooms, Engine Room, Forward Store, Forward Bridge,Bosun Store & Lifting gear store.

[Audio] After finished gym session please empty the AC water bottle and switch off AC..

[Audio] Please turn off 'Auto Update Apps' inside Smartphone..

[Audio] Do not block any AC outlet vent in the Cabin..

[Audio] Do not attempt to repair/modified any vessel electrical equipment in your cabin by yourself this must be reported to the electrical officer ETO & Bridge Team, please switch off the plug whenever leaving the cabin..

[Audio] Do not post anything related to vessel, assets & event on vessel to any social media platform..

[Audio] No modification and penetration on ships bulkheads without the approval from Master and Chief Engineer..

[Audio] Sign on/sign off must be log in/record in ISPS logbook. Wear ISPS ID issuance while vessel at port. Inform Gangway Watch / Bridge whenever going out to quay side..

[Audio] All personnel must report the prescription medication to the medic when signing on..

[Audio] Entering messroom is only allowed during meals time unless there's proper reasons outside designated time period. Please refer meals time posted on messroom's door. No food at all is to be taken out of messroom to the cabins or working place as doing so will cause Hygiene issues and roach infestation..

[Audio] At coffee times snacks will be provided at specified pre-decided locations for consumption during the break, no utensils (mug, bowl, spoon & fork) to be removed from each designated location. All dining items need to be clear from table after use. Please squeeze / crushed paper cup & juice box before dispose.

[Audio] In case of seasick, please do not vomit inside wash basin, use toilet bowl..

[Audio] Do not remove items from recreation spaces & surau. Do not take any equipment from cabins or work area during SIGN-OFF..

[Audio] Please do not slam door when closing it..

[Audio] You must keep quiet in the alleyways and in the cabins: do not play TV or music at high volume & keep radio off/low volume – respect personnel off-shift rest hours..

[Audio] Please follow cabin plan as per cabin arrangement, do not misuse empty cabin. Dedicated quarantine cabin is Cabin 101.

[Audio] Do not make any modification to toilet or cabin and Do not drill to cabin bulkhead or close air-condition ventilation or cover up smoke detector..

[Audio] Do not shave or cut hair directly into shower scupper or toilet sink; may cause scupper to choke..

[Audio] Do not operate any laundry machine, only laundry staff are allowed..
