Schiffli Embroidery Machine Multi Head Computer Embroidery Machine Makes designs/ embroideries in all over running fabric length only. 2. It requires on an average 21.50 meters fabric running length. 3. Color limitation - can be done in 1-2 color only. 4. Embroidery is possible from small border width from 1" width up to 63" 5. Can have different design , with & without hole, lighter & heavier density, geometric & floral designs but all in one technique . 6. If design can be made in schiffli and Multi head both, we would select to go with schiffli as this is more price competitive & more efficient. Note - Attached a short video showing the schiffli embroidery process. Also trying to explain how can we reduce the costings with updates in designs. Makes designs/ embroideries in running length & panels form as well. It can make embroidery on an average in 7.20mtr length. It can make upto 9 color thread embroidery. Embroidery is possible from small border width from 1” width upto 45” only (standard size of machine) 5. Can have different design , with & without hole, lighter & heavier density, geometric & floral designs in different embroidery techniques i.e. Satin Stitch, Filling Stitch, Cross Stitch, Rice Stitch etc. 6. Placement motifs as per schiffli technique can be made in Multi head as this will work better in price comparison. Note - Attached a short video showing the schiffli embroidery process.
