[Audio] 3 Key Features and Functionalities Time Sheet Key Feature Description Time Recording Allows employees to record their working time or any other attendance time. Ability to create customer-specific time types, such as working time, administration, or travel time, to differentiate among various attendance types. Weekly and Monthly timesheet Timesheet UI offers 2 views: the list view and the monthly calendar. In the UI the time sheet period can be set to either weekly or monthly, such that employees can record and submit their time recordings for these periods. Allowance Recording Ability to record and approve specific allowances Allows to complete, edit, and submit a time sheet via ESS scenarios in the SuccessFactors app for iOS® and Android® Mobile Time Sheet Mobile widget to record time and preview daily time recording. Overtime Calculation Ability to define flexible daily or weekly overtime calculation rules. Allows set up of overtime thresholds (for example, 10 hours per day), or sum of planned times per week. Allows the customer to choose which absence types shall be incorporated into the overtime calculation and which will not. Customers may define whether public holidays shall be incorporated or not. Pay Type Generation Allows for set up rules to generate pay types for base hours, paid absences, public holidays, and overtime hours. In addition, ability to define pay types for recorded times on a specific day (for example, Sunday, public holiday), within a specific clock time or generate shift premiums. Public holiday class dependent Pay Type Generation The ability to configure certain public holidays for different payment rates (e.g. Labor Day) Cost Center Allocation Allows employees to record and allocate times to different cost centers. For all pay types that are generated based on this time recording (base pay, overtime pay, and so on), a cost center split is performed. Time Off in Lieu (TOiL) Allows to define that calculated overtime is not paid out but converted into additional time off. Both of these are calculated by comparing the time an employee actually works with his or her work schedule. Flextime Allows employees to record working hours which are balanced out over a flexible to define period. Employees can record hours within a certain work schedule bandwidth. Hours inside the bandwidth are considered working time. Hours outside of the bandwidth are considered violations and need to be manually validated by managers or time administrators. Input Validations Allows to set up validations so that entries made in time sheets are checked in the light of criteria the customer defines. Time collectors and Containers collect times over a certain period that differs from the period that is handled by a time valuation. Time Collectors and Containers This facilitates e.g. bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual overtime threshold calculations. Approval workflows can be configured for time sheets. If an approval workflow is set up, approvers can approve or decline the time sheet. Workflows Also, auto approval scenarios are supported. And blended scenarios in which there is auto approval, unless there is a specific time type is recorded (overtime, or a specific premium for example). Lastly, there is the possibility to trigger a workflow dependent on a working time account value. For example, only when the working time account balance is below a certain value. Time type approvals Allows to get specific workflow approvals for certain time types, independent of the weekly time sheet approvals. Time Sheet Approval Center Time Sheet Approval Center provides a single comprehensive overview for managers to view important contextual information and perform mass approval of their employees' time sheet requests, in an easy and efficient manner. The information on the Time Sheet Approval Center page includes details of the submitted and non-submitted time sheets, time sheet key facts, missing time punches, absences, related approvals, alerts, and amendments. Reporting Standard reports allow reporting on hours recorded, unapproved times, and generated pay types. Notifications Provides notifications templates so that employees who submit time sheets and approvers of time sheets receive specific email notifications. Alerts The ability to trigger alerts directly from our time evaluation to inform users about certain occurrences, such as exceeding an overtime limit. Importing information from external sources The ability to import time and allowance data from an external source so that data from external time recording systems is available in Time Sheet. 6 PUBLIC Feature Scope Description for SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Key Features and Functionalities.

[Audio] Key Feature Description Recalculations Automated recalculations based on two triggers. Either occurrences within the time sheet (such as amendments to historical time sheets), or on occurrences outside of the time sheet that impact time evaluation (such as the assignment of a different public holiday calendar, or other user data updates). Integration with Employee Central Payroll and SAP ERP HCM It is possible to integrate Payroll Time Sheet with Employee Central Payroll or SAP ERP HCM. Clock in Clock out Microservice which can be used to integrate into 3rd party punch clocks via provided APIs. Upon integrating this service can receive time events, and pair such time events so that they can be passed into the Time Sheet for time valuations. Digital punch clock Digital punch clock which permissioned users can use to clock in and out, as per their profile. Digital punch clock via Microsoft Teams and SAP Joule* Digital punch clock scenario via SAP Joule and via a SuccessFactors plugin to Microsoft Teams which permissioned users can use to clock in and out, as per their profile. GPS Capture The ability to capture the GPS location of employees at the time they clock in or out via the digital punch clock in the mobile app. Employees must provide consent to the use of their GPS location in their mobile app before this can be used. Correction scenario for time events Workflow controlled correction scenario within the time sheet which can be used in combination with the embedded digital punch clock, or in combination with 3rd party clocks. Cross midnight time recordings Ability for employees to record time across midnight, for example because they work night shifts. The time sheet valuations will process this time accordingly and allow to specify specific premiums and breaks for night shift work. Detection of latecomers Ability to detect employees who clocked in late, and option to notify managers and administrators when this occurs. In addition, late arrivals can also be aggregated on a per week or month basis to detect lateness patterns. Grace rule rounding Ability to round clock in and out times to the start and end times of the work schedule or shift. Rest-Rules Ability to define rest rules for employees. Rest rules ensure that employees take sufficient rest between shifts. Advanced Timesheet submit and approval options Ability to define when timesheets need to be submitted (e.g. in-line with the pay calendar of employees). In addition these specific dates can be used to control which type of users can make changes in historical timesheets. Lastly, the ability to auto approve timesheets per a certain key date. [Audio] Key Feature Description Consolidated Time Recording with SAP S/4HANA With the Consolidated Time Sheet processes, the activity-based time recording in the existing SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition 'My Timesheet' will be offered with an integration to SAP SuccessFactors Time processes like Time Off, Regulatory, and Payroll Time recording. This feature allows you to benefit from a single Timesheet interface with centralized and streamlined time tracking across various SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors business processes like project monitoring, billing, costing, ensuring HR regulatory compliance and payment to employees. SAP Joule is a Premium AI feature that is not included in the Cloud Service.
