[Audio] Hello my name is Cameo, I’m a norse wiccan with some divination knowledge already and am currently in the business accounting program, This is my presentation on Rune Casting Divination.
[Audio] There are many versions of rune alphabets throughout the world, the 3 basic rune alphabets are The younger Futhark with 16 runes, The elder Futhark with 24 runes, and the Northumbrian with 33 runes the more runes you have the more detailed you can be with your readings.
[Audio] When selecting your runes make sure you choose ones that you connect with, Runes are typically made of stone wood clay or bone, Many people make their own runes so that they have a stronger connection and therefore stronger readings.
[Audio] Each rune in addition to it's cast meaning has a pronunciation colour and association, In this case Fehu founds like F is associated with cattle and the colours brown and green, the general cast meaning is wealth.
[Audio] The elder futhark has 24 runes and is the most common rune alphabet for casting, each one has meanings and associations just like Fehu, though I won't go into each one at this time..
[Audio] In addition to your runes you will also need some other materials such as a pouch or box for storing your runes a summary of rune meanings a cloth to cast your runes on.
[Audio] Mearmots, or talismans to focus your mind, and writing tools.
[Audio] To cast runes and do a reading you need to be aware of yourself, The most important thing is to feel comfortable an prepared Things to take into consideration are the time of day, the weather,.
[Audio] Your surrounding energy fields and how you set up for your reading.
[Audio] With the prep done, you can now cast your runes. You will cast them onto your cloth and from those face-up choose the number of runes you need depending on which layout you are using.
[Audio] There are many casting layouts to choose from, so for now I will go over 4 of the simple layouts that will answer most questions.
[Audio] First is the 1 rune layout, simple choose a rune and it's meaning will represent the outcome toward your question.
[Audio] Next is the 3 rune layout, where each of the 3 runes represent either past, present, or future.
[Audio] Next is the Cross layout, using 5 runes you form a plus sign that provided a look as influences, obstacles and possible outcomes to your question.
[Audio] Finally the Bifrost layout, using 7 runes each representing a colour of the rainbow, this layout provides insight on effects and also your attitude towards the question.
[Audio] With this you should be able to start casting runes yourself and take a leap into learning more about rune casting divination.
