[Audio] The main objectives of the R-S-E-L-C Library is to provide reference materials second is to provide easy access of the library resources and to be a reading center..

[Audio] Rselc library is located at the second floor in the middle of the Speech Room and the Deaf Room..

[Audio] Please be aware that the library operates from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and then from 12 noon to 5 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays. Kindly avoid disturbing the librarian during her lunch break from 11 a.m. to 12 noon..

[Audio] The library services provided by Rselc include the following: First Reader Services which helps students find library materials. Second Information Services which informs students about the library's collections. Third Circulation Services which enables students to borrow books for home use. Fourth the Online Database a collection of structured data accessible via the internet. Finally Internet Services this is the added services of the library that will accommodate researchers to avail free internet connection through their Wifi ready cellphone or laptop..

[Audio] For online database we have Ebsco and Magzter. And Ebscohost databases can be access through: U-R-L-: ebscohost then you will be re-directed to the page below and Prompted to login. Request for the login credentials from the library. Enter the User ID in lowercase as rselclib23 and use the password hashtaglibrary2021. Then you can now access to electronic books journals magazines and multimedia titles..

[Audio] For the Magzter database first go to your browser and search www.magzter.com/login and then input the Username and Password provided to login. The Username: RMCmagzter@gmail.com and the Password: magzterlibrary. After you login you can now browse magazines newspapers and et cetera in the Magzter Database site..

[Audio] Here are the library resources available at the Rselc library. First is the General Reference Books which has a various sources that provide quick facts on any given topic. Second is the Circulation Books which cover all subject areas and can range from broad overview of a general topic to a very detailed studies of a limited and specific topic. Then Filipiniana Books Fiction Books for high school Story Books for grade school Textbooks Periodicals Hardbound and Softbound Research and Non – print Materials like globes and other projected materials like CD's and DVD's..

[Audio] For loan out policy students can borrow books from the Circulation Filipiniana and Textbooks sections for up to 3 days. If a book is not returned on time the student will be charged 2 pesos per day excluding Saturdays Sundays and Holidays. And for the Fiction and Story Books students can borrow these books for up to 1 week. If a book is not returned on time the student will be charged 2 pesos per day excluding Saturdays Sundays and Holidays..

[Audio] The following materials are to be read only inside the library and not to be circulated for home use: like Encyclopedias Dictionaries Hardbound & Softbound Research and Yearbooks..

[Audio] The Library rules and regulations inside the library are the following: Silence should be observed; Students must write their names at the logsheet ForM; Every student is allowed only a maximum of two books per loan-out; For lost or damaged books any replacement copy is preferred; Only books from circulation and fiction sections are allowed to be borrowed for home use; Borrowing of books shall be transacted through the library in-charge only; Eating smoking and sleeping are not allowed in the library; Vandalism is prohibited..
