The Finance Points Conversion Mileage Extension Offer (the "Offer") provided by Asia Miles Limited is valid from 1 January 2022, 00: 00 to 31 March 2022, 23: 59 (GMT+ 8), both dates inclusive (the " Promotion Period"). 2. Members who have fulfilled the requirement below (the "Eligible Members") will be entitled to the Offer: i. Members have successfully converted credit card points (" Points") from Cathay Pacific and Asia Miles Finance Partners outside of Hong Kong (the " Eligible Finance Partners") to a cumulative total of 30,000 Asia Miles based on the regular miles conversion rate (the " Eligible Miles Conversion") within the Promotion Period. 3. Under the Offer, Eligible Members can enjoy a mileage renewal fee waiver on the balance of miles earned before 1 January 2020. Those miles will be renewed and fall under the activity-based system afterwards; while balance of miles earned from 1 January 2020 shall remain unchanged. All miles shall stay active as long as the Eligible Members earn or redeem miles at least once every 18 months. Expiry policy applies. 4. The Eligible Finance Partners referring our partners featured under "Other Partner Credit Cards" at Asia Miles website. Simply select your designated location, " Earn Miles", and click on " Finance & Insurance" and "Other Partner Credit Cards". 5. Members can check with respective Eligible Finance Partner directly for the list of designated credit cards (the "Eligible Credit Cards"). The Eligible Miles Conversion may vary among Eligible Credit Cards. There is no limit to the number of conversions and number of credit card points that can be converted within the Promotion Period. 6. Eligible Miles Conversion do not include miles earned via the following conditions and thus they are not eligible for the Offer: i. Upon successful conversion of the Points to 30,000 Asia Miles, Asia Miles Limited will renew Eligible Members' unused miles earned before 1 January 2020, including those expired miles from January 2022 onwards, if any, within 6 weeks after the Promotion Period. Eligible Members shall notify Asia Miles Limited within 3 months after the Promotion Period if they do not receive the Offer; otherwise, Asia Miles Limited and the Eligible Finance Partners accept no liability and will not be liable for any compensation. 8. The Offer cannot be converted into bonus miles, cash rebate or cash, and is non-transferable. 9. The Eligible Member's Asia Miles membership account must remain valid when the Offer is granted, otherwise Asia Miles Limited and the Eligible Finance Partners have the right to forfeit the Offer or charge an amount equivalent to the value of the Offer. 10. Asia Miles Limited and the Eligible Finance Partners reserve the right to vary, extend, terminate and/or cancel this Offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
