The task done should be possible using a sensor that provides distance measurement to the microcontroller. RESEARCH BACKGROUND. It is a device that can fit into just about everyone's lifestyle, therefore having a device that costs less, whilst accomplishing the same task as the higher end models is a great advantage in order to compete with the current market where the end consumer will benefit from. The aesthetic value of his environment is as important as food and shelter to the modern man. In general, grasses are found to survive in a variety of conditions and thus the need to curtail their growth in order to enhance the beauty of our habitat environment. As man evolved intellectually, grass cutting inevitably developed to an art. As technology advanced grass cutting developed, away from use of machetes, hoes and cutlasses to motorized grass cutters. Technology had continued to advance and better techniques of grass cutting has been invented and constantly improved upon. This gave birth to the invention of lawn mouser r. A lawn mouser r is a machine used for cutting grass or lawns. A lawn is any area of grass; mostly tough grass which is neatly cut like in a private garden or a public park. The first lawn mouser r was invented in 1830 by Edwin Beard Budding (www.altavista.com/history). He was said to obtain the idea after watching a machine in a local cloth mill which used a cutting cylinder mounted on a bench to trim clothes for a smooth finish after user aving . Budding realized that a similar concept could be used to cut grass if the mechanism is mounted in a wheel frame to enable the blades rotate close to the lawns surface [1]. These early machines user re made of cast iron and featured a large rear roller with a cutting cylinder (reel) in the front. PROBLEM STATEMENT. Nowadays, Lawnmower is a machine used to make human ‘s lifestyles a lot easier to do garden mowing and also general moving. As many users can see nowadays, most people still use manpower on cutting grass [4]. This project is an invention which can be used to make human life turn out to be less complicated which in return can save their time [3]. These following are the issues that are passed down and the reasons why humans not often use this smart grass cutter [2].There are many designs has been made in the marketplace, each design has a particular purpose. The small lawnmower types are suitable for small residential lawns and garden, whilst larger, self-box or trip-on mouser are appropriate for huge lawns [4]. Usually, time to use to reduce the lawn is longer, depending on how big the scale of the garden. Moreover, the device needs plenty of manpower to behavior so that the gadget might be in its position. With this invention this is computerized lawnmower, it simply spends approximately five minute to installation and left the gadget to finish the task [5].Besides that, the value cut grass is costly which incorporates the fee of hiring human beings, gasoline, and renovation. This invention will assist in lowering this cost where it'll lessen to the most stage [6]. Herewith the aid of using the smart grass cutter there may be no need to use the gasoline. No fuel method, no emission, and no pollutants. There is 0% of exhaust emission in this gadget.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES. For this project it focuses more on domestic use [8]. The machine is use for cutting grass on the house lawn. It also needs a border wire as a guide for the machine to work inside the border wire. This machine use IR detector to detect any obstacle like small rock, object within certain distance [6]. As an addition, metal detector also is use to detect metal in certain distance. Last but not least, voltage indicator is use to indicate the amount of battery left whether it need to be recharge for the machine to work [7]. I. Bluetooth Module This project uses Bluetooth module to interface between user and system. User command will be convey by Bluetooth module act as a bridge between both system and user. It can be transmitting command from a 1 to 3 meter radius in a specific lawn area. II. Blades In this cutting grass machine, cable ties as the blade because it is easy to be replace and can get it anywhere. Furthermore it is light and has more safely because it is not sharp when handle it during the changing the cable. III. Battery Multiple batteries Lipo under 3V-12V in the smart grass cutter. MANAGEMENT THEORY / MODEL. There are basically two different lawn mower types: reel mowers and rotary mowers. Reel mowers make precise clean cuts on grass blades using the scissor-like action of a cylinder of rotating blades. They may have 2-6 of these rolling blades which are usually turned by the axle of the mower’s wheels. Available as tow behind attachments for lawn tractors, gas or electric powdered or manual push models, reel mowers are generally less noisy and create less pollution than rotary mowers. Reel mowers can also cut grass to short heights better than rotary mowers. However, reel mower blades can be difficult to sharpen and maintain. Rotary mowers usually have one blade which rotates very fast. Rotary Mower is a mower in which the blade spins horizontally (east to west) and uses a sucking and tearing action to cut the blades of grass. The design is simple and adapts very well to small engines. Rotary mowers can cut a wide variety of grass conditions. The results obtained in this chapter are the results obtained from the questionnaires and experiments that have been conducted in the study area. Data resulting from experiments in the study area are analyzed in more detail to draw conclusions based on the objectives of the study that have been stated. The study was conducted using about 100 respondents from the users of mechanical lawn mowers. There are several aspects that are the main focus, namely: 1.
