Nb,  one  t-shirt  was  used  as  apromotional   item. Other   results Members’  querries  were  answered  straight   away Information gap was  covered  and  reduced Members proposed  for  a  condieration  in  lowering of  interest rate  from(15-   10  %   per  month)  on  the  wewole  loan  to  be offered  via  the  USSD. Members  suggested   for  introduction  of  a  product/service   reating  to   contruction  of  houses  to  be  fronted  by  the   SACCO Challenges The  demand  for  products  exceeded  what  we  had  moved   with Recommendation  and   Conclusion The  engagements  must  be a regular event  every  year  so  as  keep  members   ansewered  and  more   reached. Opinions  fronted  by  members  need  to  be  considered  so  that  they  feel   being  part  of  the  scheme  ideas  that  drive   us.
