Add any DOS and info for other search types 

 Read all file notes

Date of assignment vs. due date. The date of assignment - date you were assigned to complete the search. Search is due to proofing (7pm EST east/9pm west. If call back, only hold that search type and ensure the search is to proofing by call back time the next business day (11am EST for east/1pm west..

The due date - date the client must receive the completed report. Cannot be missed. Prioritize your work to ensure met.

 Any logged as yes +3 or more facilities on search type logged as yes = the symbol on all those facilities 

 Red flag for client that claimant used multiple facilities for treatment

 Never be on a no records or Rx blank profile facility

 Always on Kaiser disclaimer location

 Proof your report for this, major error

Reasons for removal. The reasons are set to help remove invalid facilities/clean up the databases for us. We must be using the correct reasons for this to work. Red reasons = this facility should be removed from the database because it is not valid for that search type under any circumstance.

Multispecialty facilities could be valid for multiple search types, should make sure it is not already used on the report. On report click Ctrl + F (Command + F for Mac) to open the find feature and search to see if the facility is on the report.
