INTRODUCTION. FROM SKIN TO SKIN.

Scene 4 (26s)

The skin, whether on the face or body, as well as the lips, serves as the primary outer protective layer. The more time you spend outdoors, the greater the likelihood of dirt or foreign substances carried by the air adhering to the skin. UV radiation also poses a risk of damaging the skin and lips, making them appear dull, dry, scaly, and lackluster. Apart from environmental factors, skin impurities can also result from dead skin cells. Normally, the skin produces new cells in a cycle of 30 days or more. In this process, old skin cells peel off and are replaced by new ones. However, sometimes these dead skin cells do not shed or eliminate completely, accumulating on the skin's surface. As a result, they become impurities clinging to the skin for a relatively long period. One way to remove dead skin cells along with dirt and foreign substances is through exfoliation. It is a process that helps eliminate dead skin cells using substances like scrubs, whether commercially available or made at home. Therefore, we have developed a natural scrub consisting of face scrub, lip scrub, and body scrub, collectively referred to as a full-body scrub. This facilitates the exfoliation process to help eliminate dirt and dead skin cells, promoting healthier and more radiant skin and lips. The quality and safety of the scrub are guaranteed as the ingredients used are free from harmful chemicals, contributing to cost savings..

METHODOLOGY. COLLECT AND CLEAN EGGSHELL. Save eggshells from cooking, making sure they are clean and free from any egg residue. Rinse the eggshells thoroughly with water to remove any remaining egg..

Scene 16 (4m 16s)

METHODOLOGY. BOIL AND BAKE. Boil the eggshells in water for about 5-10 minutes to sterilize them. Place the boiled eggshells on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes to dry them completely..

Scene 17 (4m 30s)

METHODOLOGY. GRINDING THE EGGSHELLS. Once dried, use a mortar and pestle to crush the eggshells into a fine powder. Sieve the powder to ensure a consistent texture, removing any larger particles..

Scene 18 (4m 43s)

METHODOLOGY. MIXING WITH COCONUT OIL. In a bowl, combine the powdered eggshells with a suitable carrier oil. The oil helps create a paste-like consistency. The ratio of eggshell powder to oil can vary based on personal preference, but a common starting point is 2 parts eggshell powder to 1 part oil..

Scene 21 (5m 27s)

METHODOLOGY. PH ADJUSTMENT. Check the pH of the mixture using pH strips. Aim for a slightly acidic to neutral pH to ensure compatibility with the skin. If necessary, adjust the pH using natural ingredients like lemon juice..

Scene 22 (5m 42s)

METHODOLOGY. STORAGE. Transfer the face scrub into an airtight container for storage Store in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture and bacterial growth..
