Scene 2 (6s)

GROUP 5.

Scene 3 (12s)

Who’s Reporting?. Cedric. Mc Travis. Devon Hermione.

Scene 4 (23s)

OUR ENVIRONMENT. As one of the fastest growing countries in Asia, the Philippines faces environmental challenges, with disproportionate impacts on the poor and women. Ineffective management seriously degrades the country’s significant biodiversity resources; water and air pollution levels exceed generally accepted healthy standards; greenhouse gas emissions are increasing from the transport and power sectors..

Scene 5 (52s)

Quilitis , Mariyah Caszandra. 1. PROPER WASTE MANAGEMENT.

Scene 6 (1m 22s)

Caperoso , Cedric. 2. Waste Disposal. Long term usage and exposure of plastics and plastic products to high temperature can lead to leaching of toxic chemical constituents into food, drinks and water. Indiscriminate disposal of plastics on land and open-air burning can lead to the release of toxic chemicals into the air causing public health hazards. But the problem with plastic is that most of it isn't biodegradable . It doesn't rot, like paper or food, so instead it can hang around in the environment for hundreds of years. Each year, 400 million tones of plastic is produced and 40% of that is single-use - plastic we'll only use once before it's binned..

Scene 7 (1m 53s)

Brion , Jillian Faith. 3. ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANLINESS.

Scene 8 (2m 22s)

JAIME, Devon Hermione. 4. BRIDGERTON. PLANT GROWTH.

Scene 9 (2m 53s)

Magnaye, Rhain Abril. 5. PREVENT POLLUTION. Every year, around 500 billion plastic bags are used worldwide. 500,000,000,000. Five hundred followed by nine zeros. That's a lot of bags. So many that over one million bags are being used every minute and they're damaging our environment. Big numbers can be daunting so let's put it another way. Every man, woman and child on our planet uses 83 plastic bags every year. That's one bag per person every four and half days. Of those 500 billion bags, 100 billion are consumed in the United States alone. By refusing to use plastic bags, you can make a huge difference to the pollution problem. Remember that each person uses about 83 bags a year. If there are four people in your family, that's 332 plastic bags less every year..

Scene 10 (3m 32s)
