My report will focus on improvements we have made to user convenience in data searching, including the addition of MT number at User Setting, Instrument Code at Instrument Setting, HKID number for search under Patient Log, displayed Prefix for Test Code to ensure in-use or not, and the ability to double-click from a list or use the function key to choose comments..

These changes include adding a MT number at the User Setting, an Instrument Code at the Instrument Setting, an HKID number for search under the patient log, and a Prefix for Test Code to ensure whether the code is currently in use or not..

[Audio] I had two main tasks this month. The first was to add an MT number to the user setting of our software. It took some time, however I managed to add the MT number which enhanced the performance of our software..

[Audio] I have been concentrating on incorporating an additional instrument code into the instrument setting this month. This new code enables us to track our current instrument assets more effectively, leading to much more precise reporting. I'm delighted to say that the new code has already been incorporated into the system and is operating as expected..

[Audio] I successfully added an HKID number to the patient log search feature this month. This facilitates quick and easy referencing of patient records, enhancing both the precision and speed of customer service..

[Audio] This month I was able to complete the project I was assigned to by accurately inputting data of HKID numbers into the system. Using the results of this input action, we are able to generate reports the team can use to track the progress of the project..

[Audio] This month, I implemented a referral test code prefix which was successfully added to our system. This will help to streamline our internal process and ensure that all incoming referrals are properly registered..

[Audio] This month, I was successful in adding a referral test prefix code to our SQL database. This code is designed to prevent conflicts when assigning naming prefixes to referral labs. This will help ensure accurate data tracking and reduce the risk of data overlap..

[Audio] I recently implemented a new Input Field System for the Laboratorio Internacional. This system provides a secure and efficient method of storing all relevant lab results. It is readily available to any lab staff, ensuring fast, precise, and reliable data management. We are sure this new system will facilitate activities within the lab and maintain an efficient production process..

[Audio] I have been focused on enhancing the Lab Order Management System this month, particularly the Open Hot Key List. To ensure orders are properly handled and delivered promptly, I have devised a more efficient approach for ordering and monitoring laboratory materials. Additionally, we have modified the system to make it simpler to utilize for our employees..

[Audio] I improved the Laoora Information System this month with the introduction of a Hot Key List. This list allows users to quickly access important information, thus making research and handling data much more efficient..

[Audio] I was able to demonstrate the effectiveness of our new training program in the workplace this month. I presented the information in a creative and interactive way that was impactful and informative. My aim was to ensure that all stakeholders gained clarity on the message, had a clear direction, and were inspired by the information. I am sure the demonstration was successful and that the information is actionable. All stakeholders can now utilize it..
