[Audio] The impact of pandemic is beginning to reflect in several areas among teachers and students - for example increased stress related challenges, the transition of modular to face-to-face and insufficient awareness and support services available, resulting in little understanding of mental health related challenges. Saint Anthony Elementary School created Project Ment-Alert to intensify the psychosocial mental and health awareness campaign among all teachers and learners at ensuring functional despite of psychological emotional ill/impact brought by COVID 19 as well as adapt transition to new normal..

[Audio] With this proposed project, we will develop a program that will help teachers, and learners who are having rough times on their mental health The project aims to . Promote life- long awareness, advocacy, and practice of strengthened physical, mental, and psycho-social health among 50% of the learner's populace. As of January, 2024, second year of Project Ment-Alert we already met the desired outcome which are 100% or 71 Teachers attended the orientations and 96% or 1080 out of 1125 (enrolment) g4-g6 pupils attended the orientation and also 5 pupils were given Guidance and counselling.
