[Audio] Welcome to the Demo of the PRIDE Review phase in the GEO-PRIDE App..
[Audio] Let's start with the Home navigation page. At the left bottom, you can change languages. On all pages, you will find either a button with a House or a Back arrow, to bring you back to a Navigation page. On the right-hand menu, you will find the different phases. Let's go to your PRIDE Review..
[Audio] The PRIDE Review is composed of several chapters: - Evaluation of single goals if those have been entered into the Goal setting phase - Achievements & Behaviors during the last year - Overall Strengths & Growth opportunities - Future career aspirations - Creation and review of Personnel development goals - Feedback to your line manager - Overall review of last year performance - and finally acknowledgment of the performance appraisal done by your line manager. Performance is being rated from 1, consistently below expectations, to 5, Exceptional and Superior. Definitions can be found on this page. Let's start with Evaluating the goals..
[Audio] If you did not register any goal in the goal setting phase, there will be no goal to evaluate. Select each goal.
[Audio] And give yourself a rating on the achievement of the goal, update the status and leave some comment. Then click save..
[Audio] Now let's look at achievements & behaviors. Comment on your overall achievement and contribution to the department and company's success and reflect on your behaviors. You can base this on our Hexagon's values. Then click submit..
[Audio] You can then reflect on your strengths, maybe you have developed or discovered new ones this year. Same with your growth areas, maybe you have identified new ones this year, as you faced new challenges or your career aspiration has evolved. Don't forget to click submit..
[Audio] Talking about you career aspirations, what is the current status? Even if you have no concrete role in mind, or are happy in your current role, there might be tasks, projects, roles where you think that your strengths would be of use. Capture your ideas here, and click submit..
[Audio] Accordingly, it is now time to review your previous development goals. In case you want to add new goals, please go back to the very first navigation page and click "Go to you Development plan"..
[Audio] Each goal is always open for updates and comments - until you change the status to completed, which will close the goal..
[Audio] We want to make sure that the annual review is also an opportunity to provide feedback to your line manager. Keep in mind that this is an opportunity to recognize their strengths and to help them grow and do things better. This should certainly be about how your interaction and can go beyond. Don't forget to submit your comments..
[Audio] Once you have achieved all those sections (which you can see by the check mark next to each section), you can access the Overall perfomance review. Make a final comment on how you assess your overall performance and give yourself a rating. In case you have evaluated single goals, it will show you the calculated average of those ratings, for your information. It is now time to click on Submit Pride review. Your line manager will be notified by email..
[Audio] Once your line manager has submitted their review and that the annual meeting took place, please come back to the PRIDEApp and go to the Employee Acknowledgment section. You are requested to acknowledge the rating your line manager has given to you and confirm that this was discussed with you. Please also rate the quality of your annual performance review meeting. Then close your PRIDE review. You will then be able to print out a PDF of all elements of the review.
