For the first month, our target for the telecalling team is to achieve a minimum of 3 sales, contributing to our overall revenue target of 500000 rupees. Additionally, our sales team has a monthly target of 5 site visits per week. Their goal is to secure at least 5 sales in the first month, resulting in an expected revenue of 800000 rupees. To maintain a professional and credible image, we have implemented a dress code of formal attire for all team members. This helps create a positive first impression on potential clients. Moving on to the second month, the targets for both teams increase.
