Activate/re-activate Participation, Safety and Anti-Harassment Committees in 30 compliant/semi-compliant RMG factories; Capacity building to RMG factories high and mid-level management and domestic workers’ employers on leadership, inter-personal communication (IPC), Bangladesh Labour Act (BLA) and Domestic Worker Protection and Welfare Policy 2015; create linkages between the project’s stakeholders and ILO Better Work Program in Bangladesh; Organize issue-based multi-stakeholder dialogues, meetings to raise female workers’ agenda with female Members of Parliament ( MoP ); support Domestic Worker Rights Network (DWRN) and Sromik Nirapotta Forum (SNF) advocacy strategies to call GoB for enactment and improvement of the policy framework on workers’ rights and the ratification of the ILO Convention 189.

Set up/improve the quality of 30 Day Care Centers (DCCs) for female workers’ 2 to 6 years old children, both in the factories and at community level; Provide Early Childhood Development (ECD) training to 90 caregivers; Provide life skills, gender and Violence Against Women (VAW), Rights based sessions to workers; health, legal aid direct support and referral, career counselling, seed capital..
