[Audio] Background of Study Baracho Tech & Services SDN BHD was established as a company in november 2010. the headquarter of the office is located at Muar while the retail office is located inside of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Batu Pahat, Johor. Baracho Tech & Services SDN BHD has gained a wide range of customers which come from government and private sector such as UTHM, ADTEC, UTeM, Felda Prodata, Shell, Petronas, Telecom Malaysia, hospital and etc. Services that are provided by the retail office are sales and services, troubleshooting pc and notebook or printer repair. They also take contracts for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, fiber optical cable laying and splicing termination for the ministry of higher education malaysia (mohe) and networking. The retail office of baracho tech services sdn bhd consists of 10 staff.

[Audio] Background of Study Baracho Tech & Services SDN BHD currently does not have any database management system for their data. they only used file based system methods. In order to save the data of the ordering item they only use excel on their cloud. It will become less efficient because it consumes a lot of time to arrange and find the item's information within the lot of sheets..

[Audio] Problem Statement Database are not centralised. Employees need to create a new excel file to store the items information. It will consume time in creating the file. Tracing of the item. Employees need to open Excel files one-by- one in order to find the availability of the product..
