[Audio] Identity Card All Employees must always wear the ID Card in a visible manner while on the Premises. New Joiners will be provided temporary ID Cards at the time of the Joining. Permanent ID card will be issued after completing of one month. In case of lost/broken the ID Card, Charges are as follows : Lanyard Rs. 100/- ID Card Rs. 70/- Card Holder Rs. 30/- Charges will be deducted from the current month of salary. In case of forgot the ID Card, an information should be sent on noida_admin@ondirect.in A disciplinary action would be taken to the Breach of the ID Card Policy..

[Audio] Cell Phone / Locker Cell Phones are not allowed to carry on the Floor. The locker will be available for production teams during the shift hours only. The company will not be responsible for misplacement of keys. The locker will only be assigned to keep personal belongings and cell phones. Employee must bring their Personal Locks and take it back after the logout. No illegal items should be kept in lockers. If any illegal items are stored in the locker, adequate disciplinary action will be taken. The Company will not be responsible for any damage or loss to articles stored in the locker. [Audio] Employees must take their belongings/lock after logout, if any lock/belongings remain after logout, then admin team has the authority to remove it without any further notice. Employee should clean the Locker after the Use. Admin Team has complete Authority to inspect the locker during the shift hours. Locker can only be used during Break Hours/Logout. Any exceptions will require Reporting Manager/ Admin's Approval Locker Agreement will be provided after the induction..

[Audio] Food & Beverages No food is allowed inside the Office Premises. Water dispenser is available on the Floor. All Employees must bring their own Water Bottles. Employee can take the Tea/Coffee from Office No 313 (Locker Room). Employees can get their food heated in the microwave on 8th Floor (Cafeteria) Microwave & Vending Machine (Tea/Coffee) will be operated by Pantry Boy only. Weekly Food Menu will be shared on WhatsApp Group (On Direct Marketing). Dinner will serve between 9:45 PM to 10:30 PM on 8th Floor in the cafeteria..

[Audio] Workstations No money or valuable property should be left on workstations. Computer system must be shut down and power off at end of the workday. Any comments/notes on Whiteboards should be erased at the end of the workday. Keep your workstation clean and organized. Any Waste should be thrown in the dustbin before leaving the workstation. Employees who misuse or damage the facilities will be held responsible under the company disciplinary procedure..

[Audio] Restroom Never leave the restroom dirty. If someone is inside, don't peep under the doors or knock. Wait for the other person to come out. Female employees should avoid carrying their handbags inside the restroom. Do not carry expensive items to the restroom. Make sure you do not wet the toilet seat. Never forget to use flush once you are done. Check the toilet seat for unwanted stains or substance. Do not hesitate to call the toilet attendant if the flush is not working. Do not spit on walls.
