[Audio] My Wellness Campain will help increase quality of life and decrease chronic illness for the aged population. My Goal will be to add new preventive care services including free fitness programs for the aged population in the community. Adding mental health services to support changes in living needs including free home safety checks. I will add free quarterly wellness clinics set up at the local markets where they shop to make visiting convient and help with insurance coverage questions and how to utilize discounts at the loal hospital with perscriptions that are for maintenance needs taken regularly like blood presure and diabetes medications..
[Audio] Wellness for The aged Population Our Community Hospital needs to prioritize increased wellness care for elderly patients because of the following identified in: Growth in Aging Population The aging population have chronic conditions Increased need for preventive care Increased need for fall prevention Increased need for mental health support 1.) According to Center for Aging Better (2020) "Our Community is experiencing a significant increase in elderly population due to improved healthcare and longer life expectancy. This demographic shift has created a greater demand for healthcare services tailored to the needs of the older adults." 2.) According to Center for Aging Better (2020) "Elderly patients often have higher occurrence of chronic conditions such as diabetes heart disease and arthritis. Providing increased wellness care can help manage and prevent these conditions and lead to better health outcomes and improved quality of life for our elderly patients." 3.) According to Center for Aging Better (2020) "Focusing on wellness care for our elderly patients allow healthcare providers to emphasize preventive measures such as vaccinations health screenings and health education. By addressing their issues early on their hospitalizations and emergency visits can be reduced." 4.) According to Center for Aging Better (2020) "Falls are a significant concern for elderly individuals and can lead to serious injuries and hospitalizations. By us implementing wellness programs that focus on fall prevention strategies such as exercise programs and home safety assessments our community hospital can reduce risk of falls and associated complications." 5.) According to Center for Aging Better (2020) "Older adults may face mental health challenges such as depression anxiety and cognitive decline. Our increased wellness care will include mental health screenings counseling services and support groups designed for the elderly will promote well being and reduce the risk of mental health crises.".

Our objective will be to increase quality of life for the ever expanding aged population in the community by adding these new wellness services to our community hospital..

Offer services that focus on health concerns such as wellness programs heart disease arthritis diabetes congestive decline and other chronic conditions. Focus on lifestyle changes the older population will experience such as retirement downsizing homes and empty nest syndrome. The aging population values their independence focus on programs that will improve their quality of life. Communication preferences I will ensure the use of various communication options will ensure a broader reach. I will use marketing materials that will focus on insurance coverage and available discounts.".
