Multi-ethnic women. What is iBloom?. iBloom is a platform for female Impellers. This is a space for female employees to network, initiate discussions, seek mentorship and support each other. It is open to only female employees and shall be run as a female led program internally. Our motto is: For the Women, By the Women.

A bit more about us. We shall have this round table once every two months. Each round table shall have 20 open spots. They shall be allotted on a first come first serve basis. This round table shall continue as a community program to enable continuous networking and learning. Please treat this as an exclusive space for advancement, discussion, and mentoring and use this to empower yourself! We look forward to seeing you on our first round table in August!.
