Initial Gating Question: Will the Third Party (or its subcontractors) be required (or authorized by BMS) to interact with government officials, HCPs, government instrumentalities , patients, Patient Advocacy Groups (PAG), and/or regulatory authorities on behalf of (or without direct oversight from) BMS in the execution/delivery of potential goods/services?.

Initial Gating Question:  Will the Third Party (or its subcontractors) be required (or authorized by BMS) to interact with government officials, HCPs, government  instrumentalities , patients, Patient Advocacy Groups (PAG), and/or regulatory  authorities  on behalf of (or without direct oversight from) BMS in the execution/delivery of potential goods/services?

If no interactions, C&E Due Diligence is not required.

If interactions exist, additional dimensions are assessed to determine the level of C&E Due Diligence required.
