Leave & Holidays. Employees will be governed by Skypro / Client Holiday calendar as applicable One day - paid leave per month. No encashment of leave at any point of time. Leave policy is as per calendar year Month on Month 1 day leave will be earned, if not availed can be carry forward to a maximum of 6 days from Jan till June salary cycle and July till December salary cycle Every 6 months – all accumulated leaves will get lapsed for Employees, current leave cycle is calendar year Employee should have worked for 20 days-excluding Saturdays & Sundays-in order to be eligible for leave Note: if any Employee takes leave over & above eligible day in a month will attract “Loss of Pay” Allowed at the discretion of Manager. If employees’ work on a holiday or weekend/weekly-off, they can avail compensatory off on another working day in the same salary cycle Compensatory off and working, needs to be accurately updated and approved in the Skypro Attendance Module, before timesheet submission so as to enable processing Comp off will not be applicable if a Employee avails reimbursement as per Holiday Working Policy.

Office Timings. Work Schedule | Megacall. Office Timings 09:00 Hours - 18:30 Hours at Skypro Office locations or according to Client Office Timings/Shift Roster Lunch Timings 13:00 Hours – 13:45 Hours or according to rosters at client site Shift Timings Night Shift : Minimum of 4 hours between 10 pm & 7:30 am, Late Evening Shift : Minimum of 3 hours between 8 pm & 7:30 am Early Morning Shift : Should work in the time window of 3:30 am to 5:00 am Attendance & Timesheet Attendance & Timesheet needs to be updated in Skypro online, and submitted on/before 31st every month or as per client calendar month. Salary Payout Cycle is Month calendar or as per client calendar. Attendance can be saved online on a daily basis. Attendance has to be approved by Manager between 1 st to 2 nd every month, or as per client process, failing which salary will not get processed in that month. Salaries will be released for month on/before 7th every month.
