Production Plan Saved Dreams is a service provider N.G.O and it does not manufacture products, however it does provide products to needy children. Products that comes from our Sponsors are not the same product, I believe Saved Dreams use the batch service plan as they can provide children with different kinds of products coming from the same company, for example, on a monthly basis anticipate to provide children with cosmetics coming from our sponsor Johnson & Johnson and assist with uniform coming in batches from Toughees, the batches will depend on how many children need new uniform and how many need cosmetics. When it comes to services we are definitely doing to group children according to their ages, their needs as well as gender when it comes to some service like offering grooming classes according teaching them the important of taking of taking from themselves, how to bath how to behave as a girl or boy as well as self-respect, self confidence and self-esteem. Building Plan Saved Dreams need to have a huge open building plan as it will be for the community and there won’t be any limitations of people to give service, the estimated rooms is at least 5 service rooms for the children, a huge kitchen for preparing them lunch before they go home, at least 10 toilets and an office. A place where there are children needs a playground of different sport, for encouraging children to participate in sports and that will also decrease negative thoughts caused by their family issues and background. There would be couches, for sports like, chess, volleyball, netball and netball.
