It’s basically about a girl who attemts suicide but she saved by a boy and it turn to a love relationship almost like love at first sight. The boy asks the girl why she wants and she has Thanatos illness.

In the last chorus it becomes clear that narrator himself was a Thanatos, and that his significant other was the real reaper, temting him to end it..
