[Audio] PIBT is a subsidiary of Marine Group of Companies, a group that has been involved in business of Ports and shipping sector for almost 5 Decades. Other subsidiaries are Premier Mercantile Services Private Limited, a Stevedore company for past fifty years, Premier Mercantile Services Private Limited, Ship Logistics & Freight Forwarding company and Marine International Liquid Terminal, A-state-of-the- art-facility for Ethanol storage & handling..

[Audio] This terminal was established on BOT Basis with Port Qasim Authority, on concession of 30 years at Port Qasim. This facility has storage area of around Two hundred and fifty thousand square meter for storing coal and clinker and Five Closed Silos, each having capacity of storing ten thousand metric tons of Loose Cement..

[Audio] PIBT has 2 Berths which Five hundred and sixty five meters long and Thirty Meters Wide, with Depth alongside 13 Meters of Draught on high waters..

[Audio] We have 2 Ship Unloaders for Coal with rated capacity of 1850 tons/hour..

[Audio] We also have 1 Ship loader for Coal, clinker and cement with rated capacity of 1200 tons/hour..

[Audio] This is the handled volumes data of current and last 3 fiscal years..

[Audio] PIBT has storage capacity of around 1 Million Metric Tons of Coal and Clinker at all times. Whereas currently, In Bravo Yard, which is our export loading yard, we have the capacity to store approximately Two hundred and fifty thousand Metric Tons of coal or clinker. For Loading cargo on loading Belt BC04, we have 7 Hoppers. In summary a very efficient and capable facility for exporting dirty bulk cargo..

[Audio] For Cement Export, as mentioned earlier, PIBT has 5 Silos with each capacity of Ten thousand Metric Tons, altogether storage of fifty thousand Metric Tons. Each Silo has 4 Feeding point for loading with rate of 100 Metric Tons per hour for each Silo..

[Audio] These Multi- Compartment Silos System with Central Cone Manufactured by IBAU Germany, The Best and Renowned Brand for State of Art Silos Technology..

[Audio] This is the export process flow for better understanding of our operations. The bulkers arrives with cement from In Gate, they connect and load their cement in our silos and then leave from Out Gate. On the other side, the cement will be loaded on closed belt that will be transported to jetty where our Ship Loader will load the cement on vessel via Chute. After completion of loading cement, vessel departs..

[Audio] In case of Thar coal Export, Coal will be stored in our storage yard. Using Wheel loaders, coal will be loaded on belt from Hoppers, as shown in Picture..
