UNDERSTANDING THE SELF. Sharing my own philosophy of life.
ORIGIN OF HUMAN BEINGS. Where I think we came from.
VISION. Why we are here on Earth. Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.”.
MISSION. Take care of God’s creation. Serve God. Help people.
GREATEST PURSUIT. FRUITFULNESS. JOY. GROWTH. Humans were created with the intent of abundant living. Fruitfulness and growth, multiplication and expansion, as well as structure and organization, are all part of God’s plan..
JEALOUSY. WHAT TO AVOID. What causes quarrels and what causes fights among you? Is it not this, that your passions are at war within you? You desire and do not have, so you murder. You covet and cannot obtain, so you fight and quarrel. You do not have, because you do not ask. You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly, to spend it on your passions. You adulterous people! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Or do you suppose it is to no purpose that the Scripture says, “He yearns jealously over the spirit that he has made to dwell in us”?.
FINAL DESTINATION. [5] Yes, they shall be afraid of heights, And terrors will be in the way; And the almond tree shall blossom, And the grasshopper shall be a burden, And desire shall fail; Because man goes to his everlasting home, And the mourners go about the streets:.

According to Augustine, the earth was created out of nothing by a perfectly good and just God who also created man. The earth is not eternal; both the earth and time have a beginning and an end. Man, on the other hand, was created to endure forever..
Augustine sees two types of deaths: soul death in irreligion and sin, which occurs during this life, and bodily death at the end of a human being's life in this world. As a result, there are two resurrections: that of the soul through Christ and that of the body on the Day of Judgment..
“ Faith is to believe what you do not see; the reward of this faith is to see what you believe. ”.
“ What does love look like? It has the hands to help others. It has the feet to hasten to the poor and needy. It has eyes to see misery and want. It has the ears to hear the sighs and sorrows of men. That is what love looks like. ”.
